Evidence has a built-in robust, metal conical burr grinder, tested to complete up to 280,000 cycles without fault. Delivering barista-quality grinding up to 20% faster*, this has three different grind settings. Choose fine for a full-bodied espresso or go coarse for a lighter taste.

OPTIMAL EXTRACTION
Even tamping is critical to ensure a balanced flavour with uniform cream. When ground coffee has an uneven surface, water will pass through too quickly, resulting in poor flavour extraction. With UltraFlat Tamping, a hydraulic cylinder exerts a 30kg force to compress the grounds evenly.
